The purposes of this forum: (1) To provide another internet venue where those who have been hurt, especially women, can end their silence by sharing their experiences and dialoguing with others who have been similarly hurt; (2) to present historical documents that substantiate what is true about the Local Churches and Living Stream Ministry; (3) to group together (by providing links) numerous excellent writings/resources by ex-members so that they can be more easily located and shared with others; (4) to surface and highlight (by providing links) many excellent posts by ex-members on the Local Church Discussions forum.

    • An Ex-Local Church Leader Speaks Posthumously Through Handwritten Notes
      This forum contains handwritten notes by Bill Mallon made during two periods of Local Church "rebellions" (1977-78 and 1987-1992). These notes are collaborative historical evidence that will aid in confirming what is true about these two so-called "rebellions." (Many of today's church-kids were born around the time Bill was making these notes.) His notes have not been made public before now. Over the years, the Living Stream Ministry leadership has rewritten history to support their own narrative (their cover-up) of the truth about things that happened during these so-called rebellions. Out of respect for Bill, who passed on to be with the Lord earlier this year and cannot speak for himself about these notes, please read all of the material in the “Bill’s Request: ...” topic before reading any of Bill's notes.

      This forum is a place for posting links to various already existing writings/postings by church-kids (those who were born into the Local Churches of Witness Lee and are now adults), so that they can be easily located and shared with other church-kids. The intent is to help prevent their very important voices from getting lost as they wash downstream on numerous Facebook pages. This forum also provides another place where church-kids can communicate and post stories as yet untold, if they wish to do so.

      This forum provides a place to post internet links to the stories of ex-members who have ended their silence. It also provides a place for the stories of those who are have become ready to end their silence about their experience in the Local Churches. Note: On this forum there is a thread entitled, "Texas and Oklahoma History" where you may share information about matters which should be brought to light about the Local Churches in Texas and Oklahoma.
